The PuLi Hotel and Spa in Shanghai, China has appointed Michael Wilson Head Chef of the hotel’s signature restaurant Jing’An.
Hailing from Australia (where he worked at Melbourne’s Cutler and Co. under chef Andrew McConnell), Chef Wilson will be bringing international flare to the 120-seat restaurant located on the second floor of the hotel overlooking Jing’An Park.
The is China’s first luxury urban resort.
