Lisbon Meets Berlin: Moullinex’s Maniac

 

Well this is awesome. Lisbon-born producer Moullinex has teamed up with Berlin-based fixture Peaches for a cover of Michael Sembello’s “Maniac” from the soundtrack of 80′s film Flashdance. And there’s a video! Pay attention, people. After the Drive soundtrack won over the world, the hunger for 1980′s sounds has never been stronger. This track is pretty good, just a shame we don’t get to see Peaches in the clip rocking a leotard. (h/t jenesaispop)
