On this “Eat Smart in Norway” tour, you’ll also learn about Norway’s culinary history, participate in cooking classes and chef demonstrations, visit outdoor markets and food festivals, and dine like royalty.
But it’s not all about the food. You’ll see the major tourist sights in western Norway, cruise the fjords, visit small villages along the shore, taking the train ride to Flåm — riding the funicular to Mount Fløien.
The trip, July 17 through 27, 2013, will be led by Joan Peterson, author of Eat Smart in Norway.
