Gourmet Festival in St. Moritz Presents Culinary Delight

The 19th St. Moritz Gourmet Festival takes place in Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in the Swiss ski resort from January 30 through February 3, 2012.

Special events include the Gourmet Safari, Kitchen Party, Mountain Lunch and the Great Valser Gourmet Final –a bounty of culinary delights.

Together with the top chefs from St. Moritz’s leading hotels, international star chefs from three continents pamper the palates of their gourmet guests:

From Denmark:
Ronny Emborg, one Michelin star
‘Restaurant a|o|c aarø & co’, Copenhagen

From Germany:
Christian Bau, three Michelin stars, 19 GaultMillau points, Chef of the Year 2005 and 2011
‘Victor’s Gourmet Restaurant Schloss Berg’, Perl-Nennig/Mosel
and
Otto Koch, one Michelin star, 17 GaultMillau points
‘Restaurant 181’, Munich

From France:
Philippe Mille, one Michelin star, ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’
‘Les Crayères’, Reims/Marne

From Italy:
Enrico & Roberto Cerea, three Michelin stars
‘Ristorante da Vittorio’, Brusaporto
