Food and wine tastings, educational experiences and meet-and-greets with the chefs will once again be the focus at the event in the Swan and Dolphin Hotel.
Participants will sample wines from around the world and savor culinary artistry from pastries to pasta. The event will include an outdoor festival featuring culinary selections from the hotel’s restaurants and lounges, a series of beverage seminars taught by the hotel’s certified experts, and opportunities to meet with chefs Todd English and Michael Mina.
Tickets to the classic are available as part of a hotel package (starting at $285 per night) or individually ($80 including taxes).
