Prior to joining Lansdowne Resort, Rouillard spent several years serving as an executive chef at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He later moved to Los Angeles, California, where he led and supported corporate initiatives as a director of culinary operations for Disney Regional Entertainment. Rouillard also spent nearly a decade with Hyatt hotel properties located in Scottsdale, Arizona; Knoxville, Tennessee, and Los Angeles.
As Executive Chef, Rouillard will be responsible for leading the entire resort culinary staff. The resort is located in Loudoun County about 40 minutes west of Washington DC and eight miles north of Dulles International Airport. It’s a AAA Four Diamond property.
