If you’re a bit of a hacker, a fixer, a tinkerer or a DIYer then you’re going to love this. tINDIE is an online store that lets you share and sell homemade tech. Think of it as a bit like Etsy, but for electronics.
You can get anything from a robot that plays Angry Birds on the iPad to a solar backpack. The products are either ready made or come as kits you can make yourself. But all are designed and made by people, not big companies.
You can even use the forum to request tech you need to make your life easier. Like an Altoids tin battery charger or a teleporter. It’s a great way to get your tinkering and fixing skills in tip top condition.
