Travel provides lot’s of opportunities and as you plan your trip, you want to consider what tech accessories you want to bring with you. I love to bring books to read – during travel or even when I get to my destination.
I was looking for something that I could load my books onto – so I don’t have to carry so much with me. And I wanted to conserve the power so I’d have more reading time at the beach or on the plane. And — as always – I want to be more mindful of using energy.
I found that there’s a gadget for ALL that. Check out this solar-powered Kindle case. The rechargeable battery keeps the integrated LED light going strong for to 50 hours. It was the winner of the Eco-Design and Sustainable Technology award at CES (Consumer Electronics Show.) I know I’ll be catching up on my reading now that I have a my very own solar-powered, portable library!
